Professor Susumu Ito, Dean of the Graduate School of International Studies and Regional Development, has recently published a book titled “Infrastructure Development and Public–Private Partnership: The Case of the Philippines” with Springer and Nature, world leading research, educational and professional publisher. This book analyzes public–private partnership (PPP) infrastructure development in developing countries by focusing on recent drastic policy changes concerning the roles of public finance and PPP in infrastructure development in the Philippines.
